Membership Applications

The 2026 Masters Circle membership application will be available December 1, 2025 – March 6, 2026 for renewing members. New Members have until April 1 to join!

Lifetime Membership qualifications have changed!

Masters Circle Life Members shall be General Members who have maintained REALTOR® membership in a National Association of REALTORS® recognized Local and State Association for 25 continuous years, and have been a member in good standing of the Circle of Excellence (previously Masters Circle or the Million Dollar Club) for 15 continuous years.

A non-profit trade association dedicated to protecting and promoting homeownership, ethics, and professionalism within the real estate industry.

Oregon Realtors® (OR)

Oregon Realtors® is the Realtors®’ real estate business advocate, a force for education and a legislative advocate for free enterprise and private property rights in Oregon.

National Association of Realtors® (NAR)

The National Association of Realtors® website is jam-packed with helpful business tools–from prepackaged sales meetings to field guides researching working with first time buyers and open houses, and much more.

Oregon Real Estate Agency : Continuing Education Requirements

All real estate licensees (principal brokers, associate brokers, brokers and property managers) renewing an active license must complete at least 30 hours of continuing education during the preceding two license years.

Fair Housing Council of Oregon (FHCO)

The Fair Housing Council provides education and outreach services explaining fair housing laws, as well as enforcement and investigations following complaints of fair housing violations.

Freddie Mac

Provides financial products and services that make it possible for low-, moderate-, and middle-income families to buy homes of their own. Freddie Mac provides homeowners with many helpful resources.

Home Builders Association (HBA)

The HBA is a trade association for the building industry. Their web site provides consumer information on choosing a builder or remodeler.

Portland Housing Center

The Portland Housing Center provides educational programs and financial counseling to people at all stages of homeownership.

Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS)

RMLS™ is the Multiple Listing Service for the Portland Metropolitan area and Lane, Douglas, Curry, Coos, Hood River and Wasco Counties in Oregon as well as Clark, Skamania and Klickitat Counties in Washington. They provide a searchable database of homes and member contact information with accurate and timely information.
